Mindset Coaching

Understanding the complexities of your mind—your beliefs about the world, your self-perception, and the unconscious motivations driving your actions—is key to uncovering and overcoming psychological and emotional barriers that can hinder your personal growth.

It is our unconscious beliefs that shape our thoughts, which in return influence our actions. Recognizing this connection empowers us to take control of our success and happiness and life. Through cultivating a positive mindset we enables ourselfs to make more conscious choices and navigate life's challenges with resilience.

Through utilizing a blend of therapeutic modalities and effective tools, I work closely with clients to gain insight into their thought processes and responses to life's circumstances. These techniques are specifically designed to shift perspectives, facilitate positive change, and ultimately, improve your life.

Counseling and Therapy

I support clients, facing different life challenges that effect their mental well being, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, crisis situations, phobias, panic disorders, eating disorders and other issues.

In our initial first session, we'll work together to identify your current difficulties and determine if counseling is the best way to support you.

For teenagers and young adults, I offer strategies and guidance to navigate issues such as academic stress, peer pressure, and family conflicts to managing anxiety, depression, and identity exploration and the transition to adulthood.

The goal is to empower clients to overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve greater mental well-being.

Grief Work, Transition Times

Grief is a complex emotion, an inherent part of the human experience and addressing it is crucial for personal growth and healing. Grief can manifest in various forms beyond the loss of a loved one - it can show up during a life transition time, during bigger life changes or unexpected challenges,

One of the core aims of grief counceling is to help individuals find meaning in their loss. In my work I use my experience of working in palliative care and can help clients to find tools for coping with grief. From mindfulness techniques to journaling exercises- these strategies are integral and can help to manage the intensity of ones emotions and fostering resilience and strength.
